Mission
To build an equitable society by creating and advancing initiatives that dismantle barriers impacting historically marginalized communities with an emphasis on the Latino/a/x community.
Goals
1.
To develop socially conscious leaders who lift up marginalized communities by providing access to skill-based trainings, community service projects, and civic engagement opportunities;
2.
To increase awareness, provide resources, and raise funds in order to reduce health inequities affecting underserved populations;
3.
To provide scholarships for students and professionals from underrepresented communities to advance their educational and/or professional growth;
4.
To foster career advancement for womxn of color through networking, mentorship, and leadership development.
